ADP is hiring Client Onboarding Consultants. In this position, you'll leverage our top-ranked training programs and world-class service guidelines, along with your business consulting expertise, to create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.Consultants have Project Management level accountability. Depending on the scope and complexity of the project, and available staffing, Consultants often act in a capacity equivalent to a Project Manager.Consultants coordinate with other ADP departments and work as part of an integrated team to address and resolve product, service and client-relations issues that implicate the overall framework, quality and standards of implementation services, and the development of new/revised approaches and techniques. Until the client is transitioned to ADP's Client Service organization following implementation, Consultants manage the client relationship.WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities What you can expect on a typical day:Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution, Workforce ManagerGuide and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needsAnalyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processesPartner with clients to understand their business and related needsIncorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending an ADP solutionUtilize broad knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriateUnderstand client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solutionBuild long term relationship and trustInteract/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer serviceExchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they ariseTO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications 3+ years of high-touch, client-facing experience2+ years of Payroll industry experienceExtensive payroll and tax compliance and best practiceExcellent written and oral communication skillsAttention to detail, process-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitiveAnalytical & problem-solving skillsEasily adaptable and accepting of changeAbility to manage competing priorities and take on various tasks and assignments as needs ariseA college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include: Experience noted above, ORMilitary experience - skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never lose mentality will help you build relationships and achieve success. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:Experience with eTime, Enhanced Time and/or ADP payroll applicationsStrong project management skills and the ability to multi-taskAbility to work as part of a team to accomplish tasksAbility to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skillsCertified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is a plus.Experience leading initiatives/pilotsPMP CertificationStatus: SalaryGrade: 6
