o Responsibilities§ Strategize and execute social media plans to meet goals while ensuring brand consistency.§ Create and share engaging content daily across various platforms. Drive follower growth and engagement through actionable plans on social media channels. Interact with followers, address inquiries promptly, and present campaigns for review. Stay updated on social media trends, audience preferences, and emerging tools. Innovate brand awareness tactics such as promotions and competitions. Develop monthly content calendars for various entities, along with captivating captions. Coordinate tasks using WRIKE for social media posts. Analyze Facebook Insights monthly, highlighting key metrics for improvement. Monitor social media pages, respond to messages, and manage reviews. Curate relevant content from Tire Business magazine and other sources for sharing. § Utilize USPS EDDM tool for postcard projects and Zebra printer for shipping. Coordinate Reputation Management Support Marketing Team as required.o Ideal Qualities Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills. Exceptional copywriting abilities. Proactive and eager to learn. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Fundamental understanding of marketing, advertising, and branding.o Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 1-3 years' experience in social media strategy and/or management. Background in graphic design is a plus. Demonstrable social media skills. Strong understanding of marketing strategy and its application in outreach efforts. Proficient computer skills. Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback. Professional presentation and communication skills. Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
