The Opportunity: As a Senior Investment Sales Associate, you will focus on building and nurturing client relationships, offering top-tier advisory services throughout the transaction process. Key Responsibilities: Utilize Northeast Private Client Groups resources to provide expert advice on commercial real estate transactions. Ideal Candidates Will Have: 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate, ideally within the retail, industrial and specialty sectors. An entrepreneurial spirit and a strong drive to build and expand their business. A robust work ethic and the ability to work autonomously while achieving and exceeding targets. A willingness to learn and adapt continuously. Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
