Join our team and be a part of a growing organization committed to quality, safety, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and optimize production processes to improve throughput, quality, and equipment performanceDevelop and implement SOPs, best practices, and preventative maintenance strategiesLead system commissioning and performance testingSupport capital projects and collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Maintenance teamsTroubleshoot technical problems on packaging and process equipmentMaintain material balances and ensure efficient utility requirements for equipmentUse data and software tools to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulationsProvide technical guidance and leadership in manufacturing information systemsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical EngineeringMinimum 4 years of related experience in process or packaging engineering, system development, or manufacturingExperience in food manufacturing is highly preferredProficiency with CAD, PLM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, etc.)Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skillsWillingness to work flexible hours including occasional off-shifts or weekendsWhy Rosina?Competitive salary and benefits Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annuallyOpportunity to grow with a stable, respected companyWork alongside dedicated professionals in a supportive environmentBe part of a company that values innovation, quality, and teamwork Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
