CAST.ERA is seeking a highly effective Software Development Project Manager to oversee the continued development of Sinclair Broadcast Group's ATSC 3.0 Data Distribution-as-a-Service (DDaaS) platform. In this role, the Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the efforts of a software development team composed of both internal and external contributors, while actively engaging stakeholders from across the broadcast television industry. The ideal candidate will apply proven project management methodologies to ensure that development efforts are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations and guide development in alignment with strategic objectives. This is an in-office position based at Sinclair's headquarters in Hunt Valley, MD, working five days per week. However, occasional work-from-home flexibility is available with manager approval.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
