Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and regulations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately

Requirements:

• Active RN license (TN or compact state)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting
