Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient responses
• Accurately document patient care and progress
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards

Submission Requirements (Must-Haves):

• 3+ years of recent Med-Surg experience – Required
• Active Illinois RN license – Required
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS (AHA) – Required within 30 days of start
