Job Description:Maria Parham Franklin FSED is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a Behavioral Health unit. This travel assignment offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on mental health and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with behavioral health needs
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility protocols
• Support patients in crisis and promote a safe therapeutic environment

Requirements:

• Active RN license (NC or compact state)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent behavioral health experience
• BLS certification required; CPI or other crisis intervention training preferred
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
