Job Description:Havasu Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift travel assignment in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMC). The IMC RN will provide care to patients who require close monitoring and moderate interventions, bridging the gap between intensive care and general medical-surgical units.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients with moderate acuity conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate care when necessary

Requirements:

• Active RN license (AZ or compact state)
• Minimum of 2 years recent IMC or progressive care experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently during night shifts
