About You As a Client Service Representative, you'll play an important role in pets' lives by providing comprehensive care throughout their journey. Your life-changing work will range from scheduling appointments for sick or well pets and handling client payments to ensuring patients charts are accurate and up to date.Experience & Skills Requirements: At least 1 year of client service experience (preferably in a medical or veterinary setting)High School Diploma or EquivalentExcellent Communication skillsExcellent time management skillsRole Responsibilities: Greet clients and patients in a warm, professional manner both in person and by phoneSchedule appointments, confirm visits and manage reminder systemsAccurately maintain client and patient records in the practice management systemHandle check-ins, check-outs, payments and invoice processingCommunicate estimates, services and follow-up care clearly to clientsCoordinate effectively with veterinary staff to support patient flowAssist in administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and supply ordersMaintain a clean and welcoming reception areaManage sensitive or emotional client situations with empathy and discretionAbout the Hospital Leesburg Veterinary Hospital is a general practice located in Leesburg focusing on primary care for dogs and cats. Our hospital has an up-beat flow and a loyal client base.
