This position is located at the Mequon campus and reports to the Director of Enrollment Management Operations.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport the enrollment process through data entry and data validationHelp to review application documents to ensure accuracy of informationMaintain data integrity through careful attention to detailProvide CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) support to Admission users, including but not limited to queries, email blasts, and other general questionsWork as a part of the Enrollment Operations team to continuously improve business processesProvide a five-star experience to internal and external customers of the universityPerform other day to day operational tasks for the Admissions departmentOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesOutstanding attention to detailHigh level of responsibility and accountabilityCapacity to evaluate complex problems to create efficient solutionsAbility to work independently and operate effectively within a team environmentSelf-motivated and ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work to successfully complete projectsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a customer-centric mindsetAbility to carry out assignments without detailed instructions and obtain facts on which recommendations may be madeKnowledge of Excel and other Microsoft 365 applicationsExperience working in Slate or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferredA clear appreciation for Concordia's mission and the value of higher education from a Lutheran worldviewSupportive of the mission and values of Concordia University Wisconsin/Ann Arbor and the Education & ExperienceA bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Experience using SQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or other computer programming languages is preferred.Compensation & BenefitsThis is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position. The starting wage may be determined upon education and/or experience.
