We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Corporate Records and Policies Specialist to join our LES team and play a key role in maintaining the corporate records and governance documents of our organization. In this position, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing company records, ensuring accurate documentation practices, and supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal policies and procedures. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, and a proactive approach to streamlining records management. Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining and organizing LES's corporate policies and enterprise-wide records, forms and other documents. This responsibility will require the employee to interface with LES employees on all matters related to LES physical and electronic enterprise content including, but not limited to, records retention, litigation holds, public records requests, contract management system, the corporate forms library and corporate policies and processes collection. Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
