Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and generate CNC programs to support efficient manufacturing operationsInterpret and apply technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide machining processesSet up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines, including milling and other machining equipmentPerform daily machine setups and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performanceEnsure high levels of precision and accuracy through regular inspections and measurement of machined partsConduct quality checks to meet and maintain manufacturing standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve machining processes and overall production efficiency Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferredAssociate degree or High School Diploma/GED with at least three (3) years of experience as a CNC Machinist, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceProficiency in CNC programming, machining, and milling operationsStrong ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprintsFamiliarity with PLC programming is preferredExperience with Mastercam is a plusHands-on experience with Fanuc (NC) Control and Mazak (EIA) systemsAbility to make hand edits and manually write code is preferredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and precisionStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetPrior experience in a manufacturing environment is required
