For more information on Wealthspire Advisors, please visit www.wealthspire.com.This is a hybrid position with in-office flexibility 2-3 days a week.Summary: As a member of the client service team, this role primarily supports the Advisors in all aspects of servicing our clients and is an integral part of our team. This is an administrative position reporting directly to the VP of Client Services. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a pro-active attitude to successfully manage client-focused and operational activities, as well as working effectively with all employees at Wealthspire. Our team believes in a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.Primary Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, Advisors and other team members across the firmFulfill on-going client requestsAssist clients in a timely and accurate manner, striving to exceed client expectationsCompose professional letters and emails to clientsAssist Advisors with fulfilling client requests, always looking for ways to better support AdvisorsWork effectively with employees in different locations utilizing various methods of communicationManage a paperless officeComplete account paperwork for clients, utilizing electronic methods whenever possibleInput and update accurate client information in all systemsMaintain and update client service proceduresTake ownership, as appropriate, of certain daily functions within client servicesAnswer phones and other general administrative duties as neededFront desk backup - meet and greet clients, set-up/breakdown conference rooms for meetingsSystems:Proficient with in-house office systems - Client Relationship Management and Document Management Systems (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, SharePoint, Zoom, Teams)Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office® SuiteQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferredAt least two years of directly related industry experienceNumerical accuracy and attention to detail a mustAbility to prioritize tasks and work in a team environmentDesire to learn, be resourceful, and think outside the boxProfessional appearance and mannerStrong written and verbal communication skillsContinuously exhibit personal integrity, professional initiative, and a personable attitude.Do you see yourself excelling in this position?Don't hesitate to apply, even if you don't meet every qualification on the list. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
