The Role
Are you excited about acting as a main voice of the hotel and proving exceptional quality service to the hotel guest? The Guest Communication Specialist doesnt just speak with the guest, as an ambassador of the Hotel they play an essential part in ensuring each stay is flawless. Four Seasons Hotel Boston is seeking highly motivated and service-minded individuals who share a passion for excellence and infuse enthusiasm into daily correspondence with colleagues and guests.
The Guest Communication Specialist will be responsible for greeting and interacting with current and future guests to facilitate arrival details and on property requests. You will ensure that guest needs are communicated properly to the appropriate department, following up to make sure that requests have been handled, and guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation are responded to in a timely manner. You will manage a large amount of phone calls and chat messages and will be able to maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times. The potential candidate must be able to analyze, prioritize, organize, multi-task and follow up with a strong sense of urgency.
