The Patient Care Administrator (RN) plays a crucial role in ensuring quality patient care by effectively managing Patient Care Service activities and facilitating smooth patient flow within the organization during their assigned shift. In the absence of the Administrator or their designee, the Patient Care Administrator (RN) is entrusted with the authority and responsibility to make administrative decisions, drawing upon their knowledge of the organization's standards, policies, and procedures. This position is a Weekends Only schedule- Scheduled for 24 hrs but paid for 36 hrs. Essential Responsibilities: The CMMC Patient Care Administrator (RN)will report to the System Director of Capacity Management and Throughput, and the BH and RH Patient Care Administrator (RN)will report to the V.
