Generate revenue across WBAL-TVs powerful platforms TV, digital, and streaming. Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities. Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses and national advertisers. Sell high-profile programming like Sunday Night Football, The Olympics, and major sports franchises. Manage and grow an active client portfolio. Create customized, research-driven sales presentations. Achieve individual revenue goals while collaborating with a dynamic, high-energy team. What Were Looking For: 3 years of media sales experience preferred (TV, radio, digital, or related industry). Proven ability to develop new business and sell to local business owners. Strong negotiation skills and consultative sales approach. Experience in a goal-driven, competitive environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with sales software (Wide Orbit, Wide Orbit Media Sales, or similar programs a plus).
