Senior Maintenance Engineer
: Job Details :

Inspect and evaluate systems and equipment (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, AV, fire, restaurant, etc.) to ensure proper functioning and identify issues or potential improvements. Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs in units, common areas, pools, and other property facilities. Troubleshoot equipment failures using available resources to determine causes and recommend effective repair or replacement solutions. Respond promptly to work orders from guests, owners, and staff, ensuring timely resolution. Maintain organized, clean workspaces and storerooms; ensure tools and equipment are properly stored. Support and help implement preventative maintenance software; assist team in tracking and managing asset upkeep. Communicate effectively with internal departments and external contractors to coordinate maintenance activities and project updates.
