Directly supports a Director or Physician. Works independently, using own judgment and initiative to determine appropriate action in non-routine situations. Performs administrative and secretarial functions. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma Experience: Two years administrative assistant or clerical experience Other: 1. Ability to work with and preserve confidential information. 2. Computer literacy with high skills with Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 3. Excellent interpersonal, communications and organization skills. 4.
