Job Description :

Hiring for entry level auditing position.

Essential Duties:

Audit daily Telski revenue transactions and statistical visit reports.Maintain computer files of all revenue reports and statistical visit reports.Audit bank deposit and credit card sales summary reports.Answer question concerning all POS sales that arise form LOB's on a daily basis.Perform field audits on varying revenue generating entities.Special projects and audit work as required by management.Provide a guest experience that exceeds the guest's expectations.Data preparation from all POS systems for posting into GL accounting softwareTraining outlet managers on audit closing procedures. Providing audit feedback on daily transactional performance.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and/or six months to one year related experience.Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Computer and Technical Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Accounting software; Exchange/Outlook Internet software; Excel Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software; Electronic imaging process and storage requirements; Image and document formatting and records management concepts and best practices.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The wage for this position is $20/hr.
