AmLaw 100 firm is seeking an experienced leasing attorney to join its New York office. The role is eligible for remote flexibility.
The associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country. Applicant must have extensive experience and demonstrated success in drafting and negotiating commercial leases (with an emphasis on retail and office leases) from a well-known real estate firm. Industrial leasing experience is a plus.
Team members are collaborative and cross-trained in leasing, lease litigation (including commercial landlord-tenant litigation, construction litigation and other lease-related disputes), and bankruptcy.
Qualified candidates should have strong academic credentials, a minimum of 5 years of experience, and a willingness to accept responsibility. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills are essential.

The expected pay range for this position is: $325,000 - $445,000 + bonus + benefits.
