The primary responsibility of this role is to support the mission of Global Ethics & Compliance by designing and delivering data-driven solutions that enhance the department's ability to identify, monitor, and respond to risk and compliance concerns across the organization. This is a hands-on technical role focused on building secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform and emerging AI technologies. Working closely with the Solutions Architect and departmental stakeholders, the role will translate business needs into impactful digital tools, ensuring alignment with compliance objectives and operational excellence. The successful candidate will also contribute to solution documentation, support, and knowledge sharing to ensure long-term sustainability and adoption.

This position is classified as “in-office.”As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Tuesday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Mondays and Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
