Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Manager for Restaurant Associates overseeing multiple sites for a single corporate client is a key leader in the success of our food & physical safety programs.
As the QA Manager, you will:
Ensure all locations are following the latest food and workplace safety standards.Coordinate & monitor safety trainings at the unitSchedule and manage location site visitsParticipate in Regional Safety Champion efforts to help drive both workplace and food safety progressManage Third-Party Assessment Program (Vendors & Internal Self- Assessments)Provide updates to Senior Leadership regarding food and physical safetyEnsure safety program compliance.
Required Competencies:
Ability to work independently producing positive resultsStrong attention to detailAbility to teach and train various skills and subjects to individuals and small groups pertaining to safety & sanitationStrong commitment to workplace safetyAbility to problem solve and give pragmatic solutionsKnowledge of local and state Health CodeServSafe certified and possess a valid a NYCDOH Food Protection cardCP-FS Certification, strongly
Education and Experience:
College degree or equivalent work experience.5-10 years kitchen experience OR 3-5 years field experience as an inspector.
