Oversee network via third party management service.

Maintain the Columbia Ultimate Collector System hardware and software. Responsible for updates and working with vendors on custom programming.

Work with vendors that interact with technology, internet, phone system, mailing equipment, printers, servers, desktop computers, and printers.

Responsible for setup of new users/user changes with DHCA access to network, phones, and collector system.

Responsible for client on-boarding of data. Work with clients and client technical teams to handle programming of client data and required processes for inbound and outbound flow of data and files.

Responsible for troubleshooting issues with technology for users (i.e. computers, printers, servers, cabling, etc.). Work with escalating items to managed services and follow up.

Responsible for client reporting of custom requests, scheduled reports, and client requests.

Responsible for implementing new processes/projects with vendors (i.e. letters, data scrubbing, etc.).
