General Responsibilities: Provide engineering and consulting services for a broad array of projects and clients. This includes performing and leading field investigations, engineering analysis, calculations, recommendations, design of plans and specifications, observation and inspection, and preparing reports. Review drawings and construction for compliance, prepare proposals and estimates, track project progress, and resolve design and construction issues. Communicate complex engineering concepts to clients and project teams. Services may be for projects in public works, transportation, commercial, energy, and industrial sectors.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

• Follow safety rules and participate in pre-task planning.
• Maintain quality standards on all projects.
• Manage small projects of minimal complexity.
• Assist in developing scope, proposals, and reports.
• Conduct field investigations and laboratory testing.
• Develop project plans and schedules.
• Work closely with senior project managers and Professional Engineers.
• Make design recommendations and modifications.
• Supervise field staff as needed.
• Communicate with clients and project teams.
• Work under supervision of a Professional Engineer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 1-3 years' experience; Master's preferred.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Engineering Intern (EI) required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record.
