Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's license, able to pass MVR, show proof of insurance, access to a vehicle
  • Proficient with office equipment and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Strong English language skills, including spelling and grammar
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and professionally
  • Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information
  • Supportive attitude towards TSA's philosophy and goals
  • No evidence of chemical dependency or at least one year free of substance abuse if in recovery
  • Pass background check including Criminal and Sex Offender Registry
Essential Job Duties
  • Perform administrative tasks: typing, mailing, developing contact lists, creating agendas, taking minutes, greeting visitors, answering calls, scheduling, mail routing
  • Assist with processing new beneficiaries, including checking databases, taking photos, administering drug tests, and covering for the Intake Coordinator
  • Maintain beneficiary files and update database; ensure security and proper documentation
  • Maintain transitional housing files and compile weekly reports
  • Process discharge summaries and communicate with relevant agencies
  • Operate and maintain office equipment; prepare work and supply orders
  • Maintain organizational charts and manuals
  • Prepare lists for activities and personnel schedules
  • Organize and document case conferences and staff meetings, including minutes and agendas
  • Prepare reports, assist with research projects, oversee front desk operations, and schedule interns
  • Model professional behavior, ensure safety, maintain confidentiality, and manage beneficiary food stamp applications
  • Assist with beneficiary reviews, prepare certificates, and perform other duties as assigned
