Entravision's Ad Operations team is seeking a Digital Trafficker to join our team! This role involves day-to-day trafficking and management of digital campaigns, including CTV, Pre-Roll Video, Digital Audio, and Display campaigns.

We are looking for someone goal-oriented and passionate about digital media, capable of working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate should possess technical skills to set up and optimize campaigns against industry-standard KPIs.

Essential Functions

• Strategize, execute, and manage client campaigns, including trafficking, in-flight optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
• Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance, establish benchmarks, and recommend future tests.
• Develop campaign strategies to support and achieve client business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales Planning to develop strategies and budgets that meet client goals.
• Provide campaign reporting data for client recaps and future strategy recommendations.

• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize projects.
• Knowledge of digital ad ecosystem and familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics.

Position Details

This is a full-time position with flexible hours. Actual schedule may vary.

Minimum Education & Experience

• BA degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of digital campaign management experience or related fields.
• English fluency required.
