THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced Creative Director to ensure products and experiences are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. In addition to communicating the company's creative vision to design teams and stakeholders, you'll be responsible for supervising the entire design process and technical decisions.Note: This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days a week in the office with the team.Key Responsibilities
- Refine and establish creative visual identity + strategy, budgets, and schedules for key project design
- Oversee design projects from start to finish, managing creative team and resources to adhere to budget and timeline constraints (packaging sprints, photo and video shoots, marketing campaign creative development, etc.)
- Ensure all of the organization's creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand messaging
- Motivate and influence the design team to attain excellence by providing key ideas, methods, and brand positioning
- Pitch creative ideas that align with the company vision and communicate project outlines effectively to the team
- Create storyboards and mockups for visualization of completed projects
- Stay current with design trends, techniques, and processes; recommend new methodologies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze market research and create effective, profitable designs
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial or senior-level design experience in-house or at an agency
- Strong creativity skills with the ability to turn briefs into innovative projects
- Proficiency in graphic design and web tools (Figma, Adobe, Canva)
- Excellent leadership, organization, and analytical skills
- Experience managing multiple digital assets and projects simultaneously
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to resolve complex design and communication challenges
