Job Description and Responsibilities:

The candidate will lead projects involving office, commercial, recreational, industrial sites, and single/multi-family residential and retail developments. The role requires expertise in grading, stormwater management systems, soil erosion/sediment controls, utilities, permitting, public/private roadways, and land use compliance. The position is based in our growing Haddonfield, New Jersey office.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
  • Professional Engineer License in New Jersey is required
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Municipal Engineering
  • Certified Municipal Engineer and LEED Certifications are a plus
  • Self-starter with the ability and desire to work in a team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to bring in new work
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydroflow Storm, AutoTURN, Primavera, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to prepare and review technical and price proposals
  • Ability to maintain project budgets and schedules
  • Familiarity with Municipal, County, State, and Federal project funding requirements
  • Knowledge of land development processes such as site plan applications, NJPDES, permits, land use, SE/SC compliance, and experience testifying on behalf of clients
