This Opportunity

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Scheduler to join our Project Controls team. This will be a hybrid position.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing and overseeing critical path method scheduling (via Primavera) to support client programs and projects including design and construction phases of work.
  • Develop, update, and analyze detailed execution schedules for multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Develop project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), work packages, and activities.
  • Establish baseline schedules, conduct reviews of durations, logic, resources, and costs.
  • Review periodic CPM updates, provide schedule comparison reports, and conduct detailed reviews.
  • Assess and recommend solutions for schedule delays, scope changes, and delays.
  • Coordinate with project teams to assess variances, risks, and create schedule forecasts.
  • Perform time impact analyses (TIA) to evaluate potential delays.
  • Provide schedule recovery recommendations and conduct recovery reviews.
  • Perform scenario analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience managing CPM project schedules in Primavera.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, project management, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6.
  • Strong understanding of Critical Path Method scheduling.
  • Experience with contract change order management and EOT analysis.
  • Project financial forecasting skills.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams and large client programs.
  • Effective reporting and communication skills.
  • Building construction or project management experience.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Building construction or project management experience.

Compensation

Expected Salary: $95,000 - $169,290

WSP USA may pay more or less than the range based on candidate qualifications and other factors.
