Job Description :

The Senior Manager DO&PM Vendor & Relationship Management position is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient relationships between functional areas and study teams in Global Development and their vendors. They will administer governance and oversight programs to monitor vendor performance, delivery, and relationship health. The role supports the vendor engagement program by developing best practices, maintaining documentation, and ensuring SOP compliance.

This role requires 4 days onsite in either Armonk, NY or Warren, NJ, with 1 day from home. It is not fully remote.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Providing oversight of vendors across Global Development.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for operational escalation issues with vendors.
  • Developing and maintaining oversight documentation.
  • Coordinating governance meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Driving integration of Regeneron and vendor teams for new collaborations.
  • Liaising with Procurement and Clinical Outsourcing teams.
  • Assisting in vendor identification and selection.
  • Developing and enhancing vendor performance scorecards and addressing concerns.
  • Supporting the Vendor Engagement program and assisting the Director as needed.
  • Travel may be up to 25%.

Qualifications include:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or project management capacity (preferred).
  • 5+ years of project coordination or management experience supporting multiple projects.
  • 2+ years of SharePoint experience.
  • Clinical Development experience is preferred but not required.
