The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work in a high-volume and multi-tasking environment without compromising accurate patient data. In addition, the candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and advanced computer skills.

Must be able to understand patient needs and preferences and promote the benefits of scheduling for their healthcare needs.

This position is currently remote. Your training will be conducted in person (or in office). Due to the nature of remote work, the candidate must communicate effectively via phone, email, and messaging. A quiet work environment and high-speed internet are required; equipment will be provided.

Primary Functions & Requirements:

Outbound calls to patients due for scheduling

Tracking calls/patients

Following up with patients

Scheduling office visits and procedures

Providing detailed instructions to patients

Answering patient questions

Guiding patients

Documenting in Electronic Medical Record System

Skills Preferred:

• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Prioritization, time management, organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Microsoft Office, Excel knowledge
• Ability to sit, wear a headset, and operate a computer for prolonged periods

Pay: $31.00 - $43.00 per hour. Expected hours: 20-40 per week.
