Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting
• Oversee month-end close, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Develop and streamline processes to support scalability and business growth
• Provide strategic financial insights to leadership, helping drive key business decisions
• Oversees management and custody of inventories, including parts and supplies, managed fixed assets including the proper accounting of CAPEX purchases or operating/capital leases, and or fixed asset divestitures
• M&A integration

Must have

• Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller or Accounting Manager with 8+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvement.
• Hands-on mentality—someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.
• Experience with ERP's, SAP 400 / Hanna
