We are looking to hire a Marketing Brand Manager for French's immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

The Product Manager I will be responsible for supporting the Senior Brand Manager and Brand Director in end-to-end Brand Management, including forecasting, brand planning, project management, creative briefing, review and feedback, market research, performance analysis, pipeline strategy and innovation, and cross-functional leadership. This role will oversee the full French's retail product portfolio, including Mustard, Crispy Fried Veggies, Worcestershire Sauce, Dry Recipe Mix, and Coating Mix.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver French's P&L growth objectives
  • Support the development and implementation of Annual Brand Plans
  • Identify and execute growth initiatives through landscape assessments and manage product forecasting
  • Coordinate across Demand Planning, Finance, Trade Marketing, and other teams for Integrated Business Planning
  • Manage full product lifecycle including SKU rationalization, NPD business case development, and commercial strategies
  • Understand competitive issues and develop action plans
  • Prepare and present monthly business reviews and quarterly Share Reviews for senior leadership
  • Lead cross-functional projects including innovation launches
  • Analyze and recommend on product offering, pricing, and channel strategy
  • Monitor new item distribution effectiveness and suggest improvements
  • Develop strategic business recommendations for teams and leadership
  • Support creative and media briefings and reviews
  • Exercise discretion on strategic and financial data

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in consumer-packaged goods marketing or similar
  • Expertise in market research, brand planning, advertising, finance, and consumer communications
  • Strong project leadership and cross-functional management skills
  • Understanding of marketing principles and integration with sales, finance, and supply chain
  • Knowledge of industry landscape and competition
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, often with senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA

Base Salary: $87,910 - $153,870. Salary will be based on location, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The role is eligible for McCormick's Incentive Bonus Plan. Employees also have access to comprehensive Total Rewards, including health, family benefits, and retirement plans.
