Pay: $90k-130K/year

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of financial closing experience (month end and year end)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 3+ Years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in computer-based spreadsheets and reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated core leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and encourage others
- Demonstrated strength in understanding of human relationships and connections
- Ability to confront issues head on using tact and diplomacy
- Ability to create/direct sound business strategy and adhere to the plan
- Ability to follow directions with written processes/procedures
- Strong understanding of financial and managerial accounting principles
- Proficient in reading, interpreting, analyzing financial statements and recommending changes needed to improve performance
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Timely in all work and exceptional time management skills
- Ability to live and demonstrate the company's mission, vision and value statements.
- Strong understanding of fundamental payroll and associated taxes and benefits and how they apply to the actual cost of labor
