Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Program Director with daily operations, program planning, and development of residential, therapeutic programs for severely mentally ill and homeless adults.
- Supervise Clinical and Operations staff and oversee related departments.
- Co-facilitate staff meetings and assist with program reporting.
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency first aid/CPR when needed.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Hours
Full-time; 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (Wed 11:30am-8pm).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Social Work preferred.
- At least three years of managerial experience in a shelter system setting.
- Experience with severely and persistently mentally ill individuals; experience with MICA/homeless populations a plus.
- Proficiency in Office, Word, and Excel; bilingual Spanish a plus.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
Additional Information
Vaccination is preferred but not required.
