But, we're not stopping there. Our facility also produces an innovative, ultralight, 17-pound 520w module, designed for commercial rooftops and low-load-bearing structures, bringing solar to places traditional panels can't reach.Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example in upholding all company safety protocols
• Analyze, inspect, maintain, and repair all solar-module manufacturing equipment in facility
• Perform Root Cause Analysis, devise solutions, implement improvements, and establish effective prevention measures for problems that arise with solar equipment
• Continuously monitor and improve the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and other KPIs as directed
• Maintain all solar module manufacturing equipment and keep meticulous records of equipment performance, equipment/part failures, machine downtime, and solutions/corrective actions to problems to create a detailed and accessible database of Lessons Learned
• Purchase spare/replacement parts for all equipment, track purchase requests, maintain spare part safety stock, etc.
• Participate in planning, purchasing, installation, and commissioning of new solar manufacturing equipment, as well as determining the appropriate facilities requirements (power/air/water/etc).
• Develop and manage the Preventive Maintenance Program, coordinating with the Operations Team to ensure that all daily/weekly/monthly/annual checks are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Guide, train, and coach junior equipment technicians in proper machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Cooperate and work with cross-functional departments as needed

Skills

• Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Proficient in mechanical / electrical system design principles and Servo controlsProficient in CAD drawings and programming software
• Strong experience with automated solar-module manufacturing equipment (e.g., welding machines, laminators, stringers, busbar machines, cutting machines, etc.)
• Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Excellent creative problem-solving abilities
• Ability to mentor / train junior members of the staff
