We're looking for a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support a dynamic CEO in both professional and personal matters. This role goes beyond calendar management — we need someone who can think ahead, move quickly, and act as a true right hand in all areas of day-to-day life. Whether coordinating meetings with investors or handling last-minute travel changes, you'll be instrumental in helping the CEO stay focused, prepared, and supported.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide comprehensive, day-to-day support to the CEO across both business and personal needs
• Manage a fast-moving calendar, book travel (domestic/international), and handle meeting logistics
• Sit in on key meetings to take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through on next steps
• Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external contacts
• Format decks, documents, and reports (mainly using PowerPoint, Word, and Google Docs)
• Keep critical tasks and deadlines on track with reminders and gentle nudges
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters
• Run personal errands, manage appointments, and handle day-to-day logistics (car required)
• Be available after hours for urgent needs, including travel changes, investor communications, or time-sensitive decisions

Who You Are

• You've supported C-level leaders, ideally a CEO, in a fast-paced environment
• You have a “no task too small” mindset — from big-picture priorities to everyday details
• You're highly organized, adaptable, and love making someone else's life easier
• Tech-savvy and fluent with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Comfortable working independently, juggling multiple priorities, and anticipating needs before they arise
• You communicate clearly, confidently, and with professionalism — whether over email or in person
• You're discreet, reliable, and trustworthy with sensitive and confidential information
• Have a car and valid U.S. passport — and are ready to travel on short notice
• Based in or near Chicago, and open to being onsite full-time
