What You'll Do

As Sourcing Manager, you'll take the lead on sourcing mission-critical materials, equipment, and services—driving both performance and value across complex, fast-moving energy projects.

Your impact will include:

  • Owning end-to-end sourcing strategies for major capital projects
  • Evaluating and negotiating with suppliers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and reliable procurement
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Sourcers to meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with engineering, legal, and project teams to align procurement with technical and operational goals
  • Resolving supply issues, driving performance improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Analyzing market conditions and supplier trends to inform sourcing decisions and reduce risk
  • Supporting accurate project budgets and schedules with precise cost data and lead-time estimates

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years of sourcing/procurement experience— high voltage or EPC experience highly .
  • Tech-Savvy: ERP experience (JDE or similar), plus strong skills in procurement tools.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and build strong vendor partnerships.
  • Skills: Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
