- Lead the execution of short- to mid-term manufacturing strategies
- Oversee daily operations across production, engineering, and planning
- Champion lean management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive innovation in manufacturing process development
- Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across all operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
- Solve complex challenges with data-driven decision-making
- Manage budgets and contribute to business profitability
Your Background
- Proven experience in manufacturing and production operations
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams
- Expertise in lean management and process optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Background in production engineering or related technical fields
- Experience with profit & loss responsibility is a plus
