We are currently seeking a Purchasing Agent for our Purchasing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for bidding on new projects, maintaining scopes of work, tracking blueprints and design changes, among other duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Solicit bids
• Pre-qualify subcontractors
• Set up and monitor option costs and sales prices
• Maintain and update current budgets
• Spread revised bids and obtain approval for price increases
• Prepare direct costs analysis and variances for review
• Input original direct costs budget
• Execute lot starts and finalize unit costs

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000.
