  • Lead end-to-end business-side CRM implementation across units — from user stories to solution design.
  • Bridge Salesforce with other enterprise systems (HubSpot, etc.) for smooth data flow and process continuity.
  • Translate complex business needs into smart, scalable product solutions.
  • Support sales performance by embedding sales methodologies into the CRM platform.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with digital and project teams to deliver CRM value at scale.

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • 5+ years in digital product management, including 3+ with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience in global, matrix organizations with multiple business units.
