Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Property Manager located in Bingham Farms, MI. The Senior Property Manager will oversee daily property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance, lease renewals, and vendor management. Responsibilities include managing budgets, financial reports, lease administration, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves developing and implementing property management strategies to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property management, lease administration, and tenant relations
• Skills in financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Vendor management, project management, maintenance coordination, and facilities management
• Experience in negotiating lease renewals and reviewing lease documents
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
