As Brand Manager, you'll be the strategic and creative force behind our brand communications . You'll transform brand strategy into resonant messaging and impactful creative, ensuring our narrative remains consistent, compelling, and aligned with product goals. From crafting guidelines to optimizing performance, you'll lead initiatives that define how our brand shows up in market—beautifully and boldly.
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level brand strategy into actionable, audience-tailored messaging.
- Drive development of creative briefs and ensure strategic alignment across all assets.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-performing, insight-driven creative.
- Review and approve messaging, creative rounds, and partner communications.
- Brand Asset Stewardship
- Create and manage essential brand materials, including guidelines, messaging frameworks, and claims documentation.
- Keep brand artifacts fresh, relevant, and accessible.
- Audience & Product Synergy
- Align messaging with audience insights and product proof points.
- Recommend placement strategies for performance-driven creative.
- Optimization & Analysis
- Monitor creative results and messaging performance.
- Use data to inform iterations and guide future campaigns.
- Track competitor communications and market trends to inform innovation.
- Ensure our brand remains bold, differentiated, and forward-looking.
- Product Launch Support
- Partner on brand positioning for new products, including naming and messaging rooted in insights.
- Stakeholder Alignment
- Present campaign strategies and results to leadership, championing our brand's evolution and effectiveness.
- Governance & Integrity
- Maintain messaging consistency through documentation and reviews.
- Support audits, brand strategy initiatives, and branded content as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in branding, marketing, or communications.
- Proven success in brand messaging, creative execution, and strategy development.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and agency relationships.
- Strong organizational abilities and comfort in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
- Creative thinker with analytical rigor and a growth mindset.
