PositionThe Lead will manage all day-to-day functions of the Client Onboarding and Services team. The Lead is required to be proficient in the following team responsibilities and will be required to manage/load balance workload to other members of the team for high priority items and high peak volumes intraday. In addition to day-to-day functions, the Lead will be responsible for handling all escalation inquiries from Private Advisor teams and Branch Office members, working closely with internal support teams as well as external teams at NFS and Envestnet for a timely and accurate resolution. The candidate will be expected to have a full understanding of the Rockefeller offering and is expected to own/implement process improvement for workflows and user applications working with various groups within Rockefeller.
ResponsibilitiesThe anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $95,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
