Sr Solution Consultant, HCM - Professional & Business Services

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Solution Consultant with Human Capital Management (HCM) expertise to join our Professional and Business Services Medium Enterprise Solution Consulting team. This role involves demonstrating the value of Workday's HCM and PSA applications to prospects and customers, conducting discovery sessions, and supporting sales through product demonstrations and responses to RFIs and RFPs.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering functional product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and webinars.
• Assisting in closing sales opportunities by addressing questions and demonstrating solutions.
• Participating in discovery sessions to understand client needs and pain points.
• Traveling up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software Solution Consulting or value-based selling experience.
• 5+ years working with or selling HCM systems (e.g., Workday, Ceridian, ADP, Oracle, UKG, SAP).
• Experience with PSA is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, especially with C-Level executives.
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.

Compensation: Base salary ranges from $126,000 to $189,000 USD, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include bonuses, stock grants, and comprehensive health benefits.

Location: Remote-friendly (USA, IL, Home Office).
