Here's what you'd do:

The Talent Partner provides full lifecycle recruiting for various positions, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, and managing candidate relationships. You will advise hiring managers through the assessment and selection process, managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment to deliver exceptional talent acquisition solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Applying a business mindset to talent acquisition
  • Connecting all talent management phases (acquisition, development, retention, culture)
  • Using data and market intelligence to develop staffing strategies
  • Integrating diversity, regulatory requirements, and business strategy
  • Understanding our business, processes, market, technology, and culture
  • Maintaining high ethical standards, integrity, and respect for people
  • Building trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and peers
  • Advising on effective interviewing techniques and candidate selection
  • Using metrics to improve processes and assess performance
  • Operating with a high sense of urgency
  • Managing client relationships and conducting crucial conversations
  • Collaborating proactively for a smooth process
  • Promoting and adhering to talent acquisition and diversity policies
  • Identifying innovative solutions to program and process challenges
  • Managing staffing data integrity
  • Developing candidate pipelines to meet business needs
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels
  • Managing specific recruiting initiatives (e.g., College, Military)
  • Assessing candidates for skills, competency, and cultural fit
  • Synthesizing feedback from candidates and hiring managers
  • Pre-closing candidates early to ensure high acceptance rates

Qualifications include:

  • BA/BS degree and minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting Manager-level positions
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs
  • Sound judgment, quick learning, and strong systems knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills with internal and external clients
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership presence and strategic relationship management
  • Data synthesis and fiscal responsibility
  • Understanding of OFCCP compliance
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
