Supports the development and execution of innovative customer relationship management strategies across IPG Health agencies as an Associate CRM Strategist. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will analyze customer data, identify trends, and optimize CRM campaigns across multiple channels. By staying updated on industry trends, you'll drive customer engagement and business growth.

A Day in the Life:

•Support Senior CRM Engagement Strategy team in developing and executing CRM strategies.

•Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

•Collaborate on cross-channel CRM campaigns, monitoring performance and informing future initiatives.

•Ensure alignment with business strategy through cross-functional teamwork.

•Develop internal engagement deliverables (competitive audits, message flow diagrams) and document business rules.

•Stay current with CRM industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI platform applications.

What you will Need:

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Liberal Arts, English, or Advertising (preferred).

•Prior CRM Strategy and Data-Driven Engagement experience (preferred).

•Proficiency in MS Office and presentation skills.

•Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.

•Strategic thinking, organization, and time management skills.

•Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
