We have a great opportunity for a Project Scheduler who can support a large CAPEX Project and smaller projects within a program utilizing Primavera P6. This is for projects in Healthcare and Life Sciences , including hospitals, medical clinics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical devices. The scopes will include civil, structural, mechanical, process piping, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, automation systems, commissioning & validation, regulatory, and operational readiness.
Mostly On-site Position with some Remote Work Options in the Seattle Area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop quality schedule baselines.
- Versatile people skills, from the field foreman to the vice president.
- Manage schedule and perform updates.
- Perform what-if schedule scenarios, advanced schedule analysis, and variance analysis reports. Manage schedule changes and analyze change impact.
- Summarize schedule status in a narrative and create status reports and presentations for management.
- Perform resource planning and optimization.
- Facilitates project and schedule meetings
- Produce meaningful schedule reports and analysis
- Ensure schedules are developed in compliance with corporate and department requirements and contractual requirements
- Develops schedule related processes and procedures
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities: written and verbal.
- Demonstrate a team spirit and strong dedication to success of the team.
- Construction experience required
- Knowledge in the construction of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Experience with field planning and progressing. Solid knowledge and experience in Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud.
- Any experience in life sciences (project management, commissioning, scheduling, cost, etc.)
Education and Training:
- Relevant Construction Experience and Primavera Experience 10+ years
- Oracle Primavera Cloud 1+ years
- 3+ years Healthcare or Life Sciences Experience (biotech, pharmaceutical, medical devices)
- 3+ years of Program Scheduling and Optimization
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Any certification from PMI or AACE is beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
