Software Development Specialist 4 Position Overview:

Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is ready to welcome a skilled and experienced software development professional with a vision and passion to use technology to make a lasting impact in the lives of Ohioans with disabilities.
The Software Development Specialist 4 (SDS4) supports the IT Strategy of Automation, Innovation, and Modernization (AIM). The person in this role will lead and collaborate with a team of highly skilled and experienced IT and business users in a variety of business domains.
The SDS4 will utilize Microsoft's .NET technology, Azure resources, and C# applications to deploy solutions that streamline business processes and improve the collection and distribution of data.

Qualifications:
- 60 months combined work experience in any combination of the following: providing solutions design, developing project plans with project manager or recommending approach through defining tasks and/or leading meetings relating to programs for computer applications including 12 months work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description and job posting.
- OR completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems AND 42 months combined work experience in any combination of the following: providing solutions design, developing project plans with project manager or recommending approach through defining tasks and/or leading meetings relating to programs for computer applications including 12 months work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description and job posting.
- OR completion of undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems AND 36 months combined work experience in any combination of the following: providing solutions design, developing project plans with project manager or recommending approach through defining tasks and/or leading meetings relating to programs for computer applications including 12 months work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description and job posting.
- OR equivalent of education and/or experience per Minimum Class Qualifications noted above.
